More show news is that Seth “Wilholme had a Lovely Time With Bessalone” (our home grown Gsp boy) went and won Reserve Best in Show under breed specailist Gavin Gatliffe who has been in the breed more years than we can count and who has a wealth of knowledge.
Our very own home grown dogs Bill and Finn have been very successful in the show ring dispite Covid-19 cancelling many of them. However the few they have been to Finn (The New kid on the block) has taken Best Puppy at all of the shows he’s been to, which we couldn’t be more proud of him for. Billy has also been holding his own in the ring with his bestest buddy Irene in the driving seat.
Litter Announcement!
We here at Bessalone Gundogs are over the moon to announce the arrival of Rosie and Joey’s puppies!!! They arrived in the early hours of Tuesday 20th October 2020! Both mum and puppies are doing amazingly! We are hoping to keep the website updated with pictures of the puppies every week or every two weeks . There are 10 pups altogether 6 boys and 4 girls!
We are delighted to announce that our Rosie (Bessalone Going Straight) is in welp to our gorgeous American boy Joey (Spinfandel World Was Wide Enough *imp USA*) and the puppies will be due 23rd October. We are more than a little excited for this litter as it brings together two fabulous pedigrees! It also combines two of the most wonderful temperaments. Updates to follow…..
Well it’s official, Sh.Ch.& Ir.Sh.Ch.Afterglow Hashtag Scandal at Bessalone JW ShCM CW16 is Top Italian Spinone in the UK for the fourth year running, 2016, 2017, 2018 & now 2019, what an achievement and not forgetting he was Top Spinone Puppy in 2015.
